A Bahá'í Pilgrimage

Being a brief compilation of notes taken while on my Pilgrimage in November 1996. The notes are, of course, very personal – every individual has a different experience of Pilgrimage – but I hope that by sharing them, I can give just a glimpse of what this most wonderful experience meant to me.

Day 1 Introductions and Initial visit to the Shrines of the Báb and 'Abdu'l-Bahá
Day 2 Visits to the Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh and 
Meeting with the members of the Universal House of Justice
Day 3 First visit to the house of 'Abdu'l-Bahá and Meeting with the members of the International Teaching Centre
Day 4 Visit to the International Archives Building
Day 5 Visit to 'Akká, the prison, the House of 'Abbúd and Mazra'ih
Day 6 Free day
Day 7 Visit to the Monument Gardens and the Temple Land
Day 8 Visit to Bahjí Mansion, the House of 'Abdu'lláh Pashá and the Ridván Garden
Day 9 Visits to the House of the Master and to The Seat of the Universal House of Justice followed by Farewells and final Prayers at the Shrines of the Báb and 'Abdu'l-Bahá.
